- Forms such as inspection checklists, maintenance reports, or inspection forms can be attached to products to create a record of inspections, findings, and actions taken.
- Each product has a status indicating its current status. Short notes can be added to describe the product’s current status, such as a known issue, a planned service, or a temporary restriction.
